It all depends on each specific situation. Nothing is impossible. For such purposes, we take personal mobile phone numbers from the speakers so that they can be contacted within a few minutes.
Do you work with tenders?
Yes, we work with tenders on a paid basis. That is, the customer pays for a selection of speakers. The cost is calculated individually, depending on the complexity of the task and the deadline.
What is the best time before the event to apply for a speaker?
No later than a month before the event. If you want to invite a well-known speaker or the head of a large business, it is better to apply 3-4 months before the event. And if you are thinking about a global celebrity, then plan for 7-9 months, or better yet, for a year. In general, the sooner the better. Especially when it comes to an offline event.
Can we find the speaker ourselves and contact him directly?
In theory, yes, in practice it is not always possible to do this. For example, well-known speakers often work only through agencies to ensure the quality and security of transactions. In addition, you will spend a lot of time and effort searching, collecting information, selecting candidates, negotiating, briefing, organizing, and at the same time you will not save money, since our services are paid for by the speaker. It's up to you.
How long does it take to select a speaker?
From 5 minutes to several days. It all depends on the complexity of the situation. As a rule, the client tells us how much time we have and we adjust to that. This approach allows us to find time for urgent orders and work at a calm pace with those that are not urgent.
How much do your services cost?
As a rule, our services are paid for by the speaker. He pays us a commission out of his fee. Some speakers do not work like that and ask to make a mark-up, and they pay a fixed cost. Then we proceed from the volume of work on each specific event.
Why are foreign speakers much more expensive than CIS ones?
It is a big misconception that foreign speakers are much more expensive. This opinion was formed from the fact that there are more world-class experts and celebrities among foreign speakers, it is banal from the fact that the population of the CIS is about 4% of the global population.

Among foreign speakers there are many excellent speakers with a "domestic" level of fees, as well as among our speakers there are speakers with a fee of several million rubles.
